Food poisoning also referred to foodborne illness is the illness due to eating contaminated food contaminated by bacteria, viruses and parasites, as well as toxins from these germs.
Symptoms vary depending on causes and severity, but generally include abdominal pain or bloating (distention), nausea/vomiting, chill/fever, and diarrhea.
Most cases is mild and go away in a day or two; however, please go to see your doctor if above symptom s, particularly watery diarrhea, last for more than two days.
