Cough by Bronchiectasis (enlargement of the airways)
Bronchiectasis is a medical condition of airway or bronchi enlargement in the lung. It is a chronic condition and usually the result of recurrent infections that damage the walls of the bronchi. Symptoms typically include a chronic productive cough with foul smelling sputum, shortness of breath, and chest pain. The sputum often has the blood, or hemoptysis.
