Colon Cancer
This is cancer of the large intestine (colon), and is more in age > 50 years old. Colon is located in the middle and lower part of abdomen.
Symptoms are the changes in the bowel habits to either constipation or diarrhea, blood (dark red) in the stool, abdominal pain or discomfort, and weight loss. As it progresses, the tumor mass becomes perceptible with irregular surface and not well-defined edge.
