Erythema Multiforme
This is a skin allergic response to medicine, infection or illness. There are the medium or large sized rash that are pink-red color, raised, often itchy. There may be fever or joint pains. Treatment: It is usually self-limiting, or treated by stopping taking the medicine or by treating the underlying illness.
