Onychocryptosis (ingrown nail)

This is an often painful condition in which up corner of a nail grows into nail bed or the skin around nail.

Symptoms typically include pain, sometime bleeding, alone the side of the nail. There may be signs of infection around the affected area such as tenderness, redness and swelling toe or finger.
