Headache (primary): Tension-type Headache
Tension-type headache or tension headache is the most common type of headache. It is mild or moderate headache, and often felt like a tight band squeezing around the head or the forehead. The headache may be triggered by stress & anxiety. In some cases, it is accompanied with pain or tenderness on muscles at the shoulder, neck, and back of the head.
