Headache (secondary) by Subarachnoid Haemorrhage, SAH

Subarachnoid hemorrhage is the bleeding into the subarachnoid space that is between the brain and the surround membrane. It is caused by the rapture of a cerebral blood vessel or aneurysm. Direct and immediate consequence of the bleeding is the rapid increasing of brain pressure (cranial pressure) that causes the headache. The headache is a severe, rapid onset so called thunderclap headache, associated with vomiting, altered consciousness, and focal or general movement deficits. This is a medical emergency, please go to see your doctor right way.
