Abdominal Pain by Intestinal Obstruction

Intestinal obstruction, also known as bowel obstruction, is a medical condition in which the intestines (small and large intestines) are obstructed which keep intestinal contents from passing through. It is usually caused by the intestinal adhesions from surgery, chrohn’s diseases, hernias, intestinal parasites and tumors.

Symptoms include colic or crampy abdominal pain, nausea/vomiting, constipation or stop defecation, and abdominal distention.
