Fever with symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal mass often indicates GI and digestive disorders. Acute high-grade fever with acute abdominal pain and diarrhea often suggest the possibility of bacterial food poisoning or dysentery.
