Abdominal Mass by Pancreatic Abscess

The Pancreas is an organ that helps the digestion of foods, and is essential for the digestion of fats. The cyst is a sac-like pocket in an organ. Pancreatic cysts are usually resulting from the complication of pancreatitis. The pancreatic cysts may become a mass that produce clinic signs/symptoms.

Symptoms include continuous upper abdominal pain with chills and fever, nausea and vomiting. There may be a mass in the upper abdomen.
