The liver cancer also known as hepatic cancer is the tumor (s) in the liver and is more in age > 50 years old. Cancer in other body’s organ may also travel to and affect the liver (metastatic cancer).
Symptoms may include upper abdominal pain, nausea & vomiting and other GI symptoms. However, there may not have any sign or specific sign/symptoms in the early stage of the cancer. As it progresses, there may be the signs of the enlarged liver, painful when pressing liver area, fluid in the abdomen, jaundice, and weight loss.
