The prostate is a secretary grand that is located beneath the bladder and surrounds the posterior urethra. It secretes the fluid containing sperm into the urethra in men. As men getting older, the prostate is somewhat enlarged and, consequently, cause urinary or urination problems.

Symptoms are frequent/urgent/difficulty urination. It is often difficulty to start urination. As it progresses, there is urinary retention or inability to completely empty the bladder.
