Oral Pain by Herpetic Gingivostomatitis

Herpetic Gingivostomatitis

It is a common oral viral infection, more often seen in children. Its symptom is usually a combination of gingivitis and stomatitis, the namesake of gingivostomatitis. Symptoms include tenderness, swelling gums, whitish/yellowish lesions or ulcers inside the mouth, and fever.

Treatments: It usually heals by home remedies such as good oral hygiene and nutrition. Symptoms go away in one  or two weeks.
